You will need
250g Crunchy Peanut Butter
150g Caster Sugar
1 egg, beaten
100g chocolate chips (optional)
- Beat the peanut butter, sugar & egg together.
- Stir in the chocolate chips if using
- Roll into balls and place on a baking tray, and flatten down gently.
- Bake in a 180 degree (C) oven for approx 10 minutes
We preferred the thinner cookies that were a bit browner so next time I think we'll try them without the chocolate chips and roll them thinner - I'm still amazed how something without any flour in can come out so 'biscuity'
