Best Recipes of 2011

There seems to be a lot of 2011 round-up posts popping up on blogs over the last few days so I thought I would jump aboard that bandwagon and post a recipe from my blog for each of the months during 2011 - I actually started my blog towards the end of January so there wasn't a lot to choose from that month - apart from the lovely recipe for Blondies that I tested out for Vanessa Kimbell.

Due to lots of MUMenTUM weight loss posts this was a bad month for baking, in fact I didn't bake any cakes, instead there were delights such as Stuffed Aubergines!

July - (another bad month for baking but I did make a dessert!) It's not Eton but it is a Mess

October - Lemon Curd Ice Cream Cake

November - Double Chocolate Cupcakes with Salted Caramel Filling

After all that lot it really isn't surprising that I'm starting another year off needing to lose weight!
