Lemon curd ice cream
600ml double cream
397g condensed milk
275g lemon curd
Whisk the cream, condensed milk & 125g lemon curd until it forms stiff peaks
Spoon into a freezable container
Stir through the remaining lemon curd, to leave ripples rather than combining it
Freeze for at least 4 hours

ReplyDeleteOoh now there's an idea. I've made ice-cream with condensed milk and cream before with fresh fruit, but now I'm itching to give it a go with a fruit curd - yum.
