Due to my week long camping trip to Spain I have been slacking off a bit and haven't even watched last week's episode of the Great British Bake Off yet, let alone this week's. In my absence Jenny Berry has been working extra hard commenting and pinning & rounding up everyone's Bread entries - a total of 40 magnificent entries!
We had a bit of a task on our hands choosing the winner across the miles & dodgy wifi in the middle of a campsite but had a little bit of help from mine & Jenny's 'teams'.

In the end we chose the extremely tasty looking breadsticks & crispbreads from Bluebirdsunshine.
Now onto week 3 & as I mentioned above I haven't yet watched the show but am told that there is an array of deliciousness in the form of trifles, floating islands (whatever they may be) and petits fours....
So now go forth and bake.... linky is below. I will hopefully get around to making something later today or tomorrow, once I've caught up on the washing *sigh*.
