I made the caramel one and...Thanks for the recipes! I made the caramel one and served it today (for once we have had a HOT bank holiday!. It worked really well. I didn't have caramels so used some halved Rolos and one crushed Cadburys caramel egg. Unfortunately as my family aren't huge fans of cream the taste testers found it overly creamy, as it was eaten as a pudding in itself. BUT that was down to personal tastes. I have put cream in things before (corrie chicken for example) but I suppose ice cream has it in a more solid state. One of my friends adores thicker ice creams and I know for sure she would devour this! So if you (fellow readers) like creamy ice creams then you are on to a winner with these recipes!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
