The East India Company - Chocolate Enrobed Raspberries

If you're in the UK you'll know that on Sunday it's Mother's Day, which for me will probably mean cards, chocolates, flowers, wine and a chocolate cake breakfast in bed.

This Mother's Day both my Mum & Mother in law are coming up for the afternoon which means I'll be spending most of the day in the kitchen, rustling up dinner, and of course a dessert.

I've been sent some luxurious 'Chocolate Enrobed Raspberries' from The East India Company which I'm going to be saving to use in the dessert, so watch this space to see what I make.

The freeze dried raspberries are coated in a thick layer of Belgian milk chocolate, and would make a perfect gift this Mother's Day.
