Review & Giveaway - Jackson Reece Unscented Wipes

I have been sent a pack of Unscented Wipes by the lovely people at Jackson Reece.

Until recently I have always been a bit of a Johnson's Baby Wipes fan but when Jack had an upset stomach and his acid poo's made his bottom bleed I couldn't use the wipes without making him squeal in pain.  It was then that I first came across the Jackson Reece unscented natural baby wipes. What I first liked about them is the opening from which they're dispensed, it has a thicker plastic lift-up re-sealable flap that seals a lot more firmly that many similar packs of wipes, to avoid the wipes drying out.


The wipes themselves are soft and strong, and moist but not too wet. Recently Jack suffered from quite bad nappy rash but these wipes never made him squeal, in fact he never even batted an eyelid, probably down to the fact that they don't contain any alcohol.


Some synthetic ingredients found in many baby and children's products (alcohol, Sodium Lauryl Sulphate (SLS) and Sodium Laureth Sulphate (SLES), Lanolin and Parabens) can cause problems for delicate skin.  Jackson Reece disclose the function and use of each ingredient on their packaging so parents can easily understand the formula, and their wipes are all SLS, SLES, Paraben, alcohol and lanolin free and the water used in the wipes is filtered to a high standard to kill any harmful bacteria.
