Flashback Friday
This week's Flashback Friday was taken in the Summer of 2003. I had taken Sam and Hanna for a day out to a Steam Railway and we would be riding on Thomas. Sam was then 3 months short of his 3rd birthday and Hanna was 11 months old. We were somewhere in Derbyshire and it was a very hot day. We took a picnic and boarded Thomas for a short journey to a stop where they had a picnic area, a few shops and some kids rides. My two were very well behaved if I remember rightly and it was a very enjoyable day out, I just wish days out could be the same now, without arguing, bickering or moaning!
Whilst I was looking through photos searching for a Flashback Friday entry it struck me how similar Sam was then to Jack, I always thought that Jack looks more like Hanna but I think you'll agree that in the photo on the right they do look very similar - if you compare it to the one taken of Jack on his birthday in March. They both have a dimple high on their cheek when they smile.
Why don't you join Cafe Bebe & the rest of us reminiscing & having a laugh or cry over old snaps.
They do look a like don't they? Mind you in can see resemblance in Hannah too.
ReplyDeleteMeeting Thomas must have been great fun! Xx
Sam was never really into Thomas but he loved seeing him, Jack has just started to like Thomas so I think we may have to try & find out where he's going to be this Summer.
